The Cultural/Vocational Training Center is located in founder Le Ly Hayslip's village of Ky La. Ky La is a small village in Hoa Qui ward centered around rice farming and agriculture. The Center provides free vocational training in skills such as tailoring, weaving, pottery, and bamboo furniture making. We are currently planning on creating computer training and computer repair courses.

The center is also dedicated to preserving the rich culture of the Vietnamese people by teaching and showcasing traditional dancing, music, art, and customs. Through a partnership with GVF, the International Foundation, the Gramp Foundation, and other supporters, the first GVF Cultural/Vocational Training Center is a reality.
